Payment: A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is due at the latest 10 weeks before your arrival date (failing which we can treat your booking as cancelled). If booking within 8 weeks of arrival, please remit whole amount. Cancellation: If you have to cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before your intended arrival, we may keep the 20% deposit but you will have no further liability. If you cancel 8 weeks or less before arrival, you will remain liable for the balance of the agreed price unless we manage to relet the property for the same period. Insurance: Travel to and from the Islands can be affected by weather conditions and delays are sometimes possible. Holiday insurance including cancellation and departure delay is highly recommended. Arrival and departure: The flat is available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. You may drop off luggage before this. Please vacate by 10.00am on the day of departure. Flat and contents: Please look after the flat and contents and keep everything in a clean, tidy state. You are responsible for any breakages and extra cleaning costs. Accommodation: This is restricted to the number of persons stated at the time of booking, although, of course, friends/relatives may visit. Price: This includes electricity, heating, bed linen and bath towels . The communal tumble dryers are charged by use. We regret we cannot accept pets. If, for any reason beyond the owners control (eg fire damage), the property is not ready on the date booked, all monies paid in advance by the client will be refunded in full but the client shall have no further claim against the owners. We shall not be liable for injury or loss of life to any person or for any loss or damage to any property brought onto the premises. We shall make every effort to rectify any faults or make repairs to equipment, in the event of breakdown, as soon as possible but cannot be held responsible for such an event. We, the owners, reserve the right to enter the property during your stay. | ||
